Lifetime buy-back: 40% of the price paid
Sell any Motifs silver piece back to us at any time, whether you bought it last month or ten years ago, and receive 40% of the price you paid. Just bring or send the piece with its original invoice.
Lifetime exchange: upgrade any time
Exchange any Motifs silver piece for another of equal or higher value, at any time. A 30% deduction applies to the price paid, and the remaining 70% is credited towards your new piece. It is the easiest way to refresh a collection, move from a smaller piece to a statement one, or pass a design on to the next generation.
How it works
- Message the studio on WhatsApp or email info@mymotifs.com with your invoice number and a photo of the piece.
- Bring the piece to the studio, or courier it to us (shipping both ways is borne by the customer; we recommend an insured courier).
- Our team checks the piece against the invoice and confirms the value.
- For buy-back, payment is made to your account. For exchange, the credit is applied to your new piece and you pay only the difference.
Conditions
- Applies to all Motifs silver products: jewellery, silver gifts, home décor and accessories.
- Outfits are not included.
- The original invoice is mandatory; without it we cannot verify the piece or the price paid.
- Exchanges are for pieces of equal or higher value.
- No time limit: the promise is for life.
