What can I buy?
You can purchase only silver jewellery from website/app or at our stores,but the redeemable amount cannot be used for purchasing SILVER COINS, ARTICLES, GOLD & DIAMONDS JEWELLERY.
Installment amount?
Options are: 2000, 3000, 5000, 7000 & 10000.
Any running offer can be clubbed?
Plan Benefits cannot be clubbed with existing website offer during redemption.
Can a friend / Relative redeem on my behalf?
Only if you've nominated him/her at the time of enrolment, can he/she redeem the money on your behalf by completing the necessary mandatory processes.
Documents required?
To enroll in the scheme, the customer must submit the following:
- A copy of a photo ID ( compulsory aadhar card)
- PAN card
- Passport
- Driving licence (or voting card)
Can I change installment amount after Enrollment?
No, you can't change the amount after starting the Plan.
Who is a Nominee? Who can I nominate?
In the event of the death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment form at the time of opening the account. Minors cannot be nominated.
Will I get a receipt / confirmation / online passbook after starting the Plan?
Yes, you will receive the confirmation via Email, SMS and can check your Passbook for more details
What happens for delayed payment?
1month grace period will be given, If Payment is delayed further then, 100% of the special discount will be deducted. (Basically you will not be eligible for special discount).

Process at the time of closure/ end of scheme
The person who closes the scheme must be the same and must carry the original ID proof. The documents received at the start should be same once we end the scheme and at the time of end we need to original documents to verify.
