  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance.
  • Estimated delivery: 5 - 10 business days.
  • International shipping rates are free above Rs.50000 below its Flat Rs.7000.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • If you do not receive your tracking details within the estimated time, please contact us at info@mymotifs.com.

Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which vary by country.
  • Buyers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their country’s customs regulations.

Delayed/Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first.
