Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

·        Orders are dispatched within 5 to 10 business days through our trusted logistic partners.

·        Click here for a list of Pin Codes that we ship to, for cash on delivery. In case your Pin Code is not provided in the link, you can email us at info@mymotifs.com and we will revert at the earliest.

·        We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We shall send a confirmation message in relation to the receipt of your order.

·        In case a cash on delivery order is undelivered due to non-availability of customer or in cases of rejection of delivery by the customer, the following will apply if a request for redelivery of the same order is made:

a)        shipping charges of Rupees 500/- will be applicable; and 

b)       the order and shipping amount through debit/credit/netbanking will have to made again.

International Shipping

·        Our Import Export Code is 0317530488

·        All international deliveries are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days through BVC logistics and will be insured by the same company. Reference code will be provided to track the consignment in the confirmation email once the order has been processed. Kindly note, in event of delivery to a remote location the delivery may be delayed.

·        International shipping is free for orders above Rupees 25,000/-. An additional amount of Rupees 4000/- will be charged in cases of orders below Rupees 25,000/-

·        Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

·        Please note that our shipments are made only through door-to-door and therefore will be unable to deliver to a Post Office. The courier will attempt to deliver the consignment to your shipping address to a maximum of three times if case of your unavailability.

·        Kindly note, in event of delivery to a remote location additional charges may be attracted.

·        International shipments may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods.

·        We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

FORCE MAJEURE: We have no liability in case of failure to deliver goods that have been ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, rebellion, terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or civil war, riot, commission, disorder, strikes, munitions of war, natural catastrophes such as earthquake, hurricane, typhoon or volcanic activity.
